ROYAL ACADEMY OF DRAMATIC ART (RADA), LONDON

In the summer of 2025, Elsa will take a continuing education course in musical theater at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London—one of the UK's leading performing arts schools with fierce competition for places.
In the fall of 2025, Elsa was awarded a scholarship by the Swedish Arts Council for international exchange and travel grants in theater for the course. The exchange was carried out with the support of the Swedish Arts Council.

A PLACE FOR US – A PRIDE CONCERT AT MAXIM 29/7 7:30 p.m.

On July 29, 2025, Elsa will participate in the concert "A place for us – A Pride Concert" at Maxim Stockholm alongside a number of musical artists and a live orchestra, in support of the Rainbow Fund's work for LGBTQI rights. The Emperor of Portugallia at Västmanlands Teater – Spring 2024
This spring, Elsa is playing the role of Klara Fina Gulleborg, the daughter, in a musical theater version of Selma Lagerlöf's classic The Emperor of Portugallia. More information and tickets are available here on the theater's website. The production premieres on March 2 and runs until April 28.

Sweet Dreams at Mälarhöjden Open-Air Theater 2023
On August 23 at 7 p.m., Elsa Fryklund will give a concert at Mälarhöjdens Friluftsteater featuring songs by Hasse and Tage, Monica Z classics, folk songs, and musicals. Johannes Annfält will accompany her on the piano. The concert will last 1.5 hours, including an intermission. Tickets can be purchased via Nortic.

During Easter weekend 2019, Elsa Fryklund will guest star in four concertsof the gender-bending production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR at the Pygméteatern in Stockholm, singing the role of PONTIUS PILATE.
Fantastic soloists from the hit show that ran during Pride week this summer, the WES choir and full orchestra. Translation by Erik Fägerborn, adapted by Adam Gardelin and Johan Mörk as musical director.
All roles except Mary Magdalene and the priests are sungby women.

Final production of Little Women at HSM

The graduating class of 2016-2019 is staging Little Women as their final production at the Jacobsteatern at the University of Performing Arts in May. The show is based on Louisa May Alcott'sfeminist 19th-century novel of the same name. Lyrics by Mindi Dickstein and a script by Allan Knee and Jason Howland provide the beautiful music. Elsa Fryklund plays the role of Beth March, one of the four sisters who plays the piano.

The musical Relativity Theory at the University of Performing Arts
